    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
    Matric / Certificate

    MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
    1 year experience 

    MINIMUM COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

    Good personal presentation

    COMPUTER LITRACY
    Basic Computer and telephone skills

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Provide walk-in visitors with accurate, up-to-date and concise information on Somerset Mall; its tenants, promotions and events
    • Assist with sales, marketing, leasing, parking and general mall issues and queries
    • Provide friendly and efficient service when dealing with customer queries, complaints and suggestions
    • Responsible for queries and the processing of sales of Somerset Mall  gift cards
    • Responsible for the hiring of wheelchairs
    • Responsible for the handling of lost and found property
    • Assisting lost children
    • Monitor mall music levels and report if too loud / off or too soft
    • Handling of all related finances while on duty
    • Ensuring that all visitors are treated as guests thereby promoting Somerset Mall in becoming the preferred shopping destination
    • Advise visitors on unique, rewarding experiences relating to time of intended visit
    • Fulfil other office duties as required
    • Report any items for urgent attention to relevant departments (cleaning, security)
    • Maintain and update list for tenants and brands
    • Adhere to all company policies, processes and procedures
    • Assist with customers and tenants’ complaints and keep the complaints book updated and ensure the MM gets the information daily in email to revert to all complaints timeously
    • Assist in acquiring tenant turnover reports and flag any anomalies (as required)
    • Ensure the kiosk / reception is clean and tidy at all times and all functions are functional
    • Provide gift wrapping services during peak times as required
    • Attend training relevant to this position if and when required
    • Gift Card sales according to rules, regulations and guidelines
