Malls - Communicate with your Tenants

Tenant communication is not the easiest of tasks, so why not make use of the Tenant Communications Module from Mallguide to aid you?

Send batch SMS's or custom designed Emails directly to your audience.

Any SMS message will do.
Remind tenants of Marketing Meetings, inform them of Security threats, power failures or just send them a birthday wish. Centre Management can even use it to remind tenants to pay their arrear accounts.

What about Emails?
You spend so much time compiling a Market Report, why not make sure all the tenants see it online? To send a custom design email to all the Shop owners and Managers, simply copy the content you've created into a predefined area, select all your Shops and send, easy as that!

How does it work?

	The Marketing and Centre Management team now can work off the same Tenant information. They will be the only ones that can send SMS's and Emails to Tenants.
	Update your own Shop information by adding Cell numbers and Email addresses
	Order Communication Credits online, once logged in. A .PDF invoice will be generated dynamically, just Open the file, print and claim, it's automated and easy!
	Once Mallguide has received payment, the Credits will be activated

To Send a SMS to your Tenants
	Compile the Message (max 150 characters)
	Send a Test Message by entering your personal Cell number (this is optional)
	Add up to 10 additional Cell numbers (remember to add your own if you want confirmation that the message was sent)
	Select the Shops Contact to whom you wish to send
	And click Send at the bottom of the page
	Mallguide deducts the amount of Messages sent from your Credits.

To Send an Email to your Tenants
	Enter your Subject line (i.e. February Marketing Report). Remember to add your Mall name
	Enter your email address as the Reply-to-Email address
	Copy and Paste your message into the E-mail message area
	Click on the 'Preview Message' button to see your handy work
	Mallguide adds your Logo dynamically to the Email template, so remember to upload your logo.
	Add up to 10 additional Cell numbers (remember to add your own if you want confirmation that the message was sent)
	Select the Shops Contact to whom you wish to send
	And click Send at the bottom of the page
	Mallguide deducts the amount of Messages sent from your Credits.

Good to know...

	Yes, Mallguide saves a Report of all the Messages you've sent
	If you are the Marketing Manager, you can create additional Mall Users that will be able to send SMS and Emails to your tenants. You need to add Billing details for every User you create. If you create a Centre Manager or Centre Admin person with the same Billing details as yours, you will share the same communication credits.
	All Credits are valid for a period of 12 months after purchase date
