The Mall @ Reds is a Regional Shopping Centre with a GLA (gross lettable area) of approximately 50 000sqm at the intersection of Rooihuiskraal- and Hendrik Verwoerd Drives, Wierda Park, Centurion. The Centre was officially opened on the 30th of April 2003, and is anchored by a Pick n Pay (5 400sqm), a Woolworths full-line store (2 800sqm), an Edgars (4 140sqm)a Mr Price Home (1 200sqm), Virgin Active (3 200sqm), a banking mall and other national retailers such as Truworths and Miladys. Since opening, the centre has been a tremendous success with the majority of tenants trading well above their projections, and due to increased demand for space, extensions of the centre were necessitated. Three extensions have already been completed, and a Fourth extension has just been completed, adding 8 500sqm of GLA including Foschini, Markhams, Queenspark, Cape Union Mart and other national retailers to the tenant mix.The centre is one of the largest in Centurion.
