If you are a Shop or Tenant

Each submission sent from tenants, are logged, and sent to your Mall's Marketing Team or Centre Management. This information is verified with them, and then approved. As soon as this information is approved by them, your store is updated for free.

If you have updated any details for your shop, or made any new postings that are not appearing on the shop then please contact your Marketing team or Centre Manager.

To help you keep track of your details, all your submissions and possible links of interest are accessed by clicking on the "Your Page" link on the top bar.

If you have made a Featured Booking

All featured bookings are tentative, and are valid by default for 48 hours in which time you can send us your payment confirmation. If you have failed to do so in time, your booking will be removed. Please place a new booking and ensure that you send us your confirmation before it lapses.
